Your Responsibilities
- Support the iDWELL Finance team in daily operations, including handling support requests, phone inquiries, offers, contracts, invoices, and enterprise client training
- Coordinate internal processes between Sales, Customer Support/Success, and Development teams
- Maintain and manage customer master data and contractual documentation in CRM systems
- Serve as a key contact for administrative inquiries from enterprise clients, ensuring smooth communication
- Conduct training sessions and consulting appointments on the use of iDWELL Finance (acting as a software expert)
- Analyze and document relevant system and software processes and contribute to their continuous optimization
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support management
Your Profile
- Ideally, a completed commercial education (e.g., business school, university, or equivalent) with a focus on finance, business administration, or a related field
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in finance, controlling, or a commercial support role
- Experience in SaaS, real estate, or consulting environments is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to stay organized in dynamic environments
- Strong technical affinity; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is essential; experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
