iDWELL (from the English word “dweller”) is a 60-person PropTech company based in Vienna. We digitalize and automate processes and communication for property management companies across the DACH region.

Today, more than 900 property management companies with over 2.5 million residential units trust iDWELL. Around 80% of our customers are based in Germany, and this is where we aim to continue growing.

Our goal is to work together with our customers to further digitalize the property management industry and make everyday processes simpler, more efficient, and more modern.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage integrations: Set up APIs, FTPS connections, and SQL databases, manage existing integrations, and further develop them
  • Provide technical support: Handle customer requests at 1st and 2nd level and quickly identify suitable solutions
  • Manage requests efficiently: Prioritize incoming requests, keep track of open topics, and ensure that tasks are completed reliably and in a timely manner
  • Implement email integrations: Support the implementation and configuration of email solutions for our customers
  • Coordinate requirements: Work closely with our Tech team to assess and prioritize new integration requirements
  • Support our customers: Act as a direct point of contact for technical questions and explain solutions clearly, including to non-technical users

Your profile

  • Completed education or degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with APIs, SQL databases, and FTPS
  • Ideally, knowledge of email integrations and protocols
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level support or a comparable technical customer-facing role
  • Strong technical affinity and a structured, independent approach to solving technical problems
  • Reliable, highly organized, and able to keep track of multiple topics at the same time
  • Fast, efficient, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on getting things done
  • Customer-oriented and a strong communicator, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Salary

Collective agreement-based gross salary starting at €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission, based on full-time employment.
