Generate an API Token in Vulcavo
In the Vulcavo portal, go to Settings → Interface, generate an API token, and copy it.

Store It in iDWELL
Under Settings → Integrations, open the "Vulcavo Integration" section and paste the token.

Select Property Group
Select the property group whose buildings should be connected via Vulcavo.

Set Sync Interval
Hourly, every 6/12/24 hours — we recommend a daily sync.

Start Synchronization
Automatically on schedule, or manually at any time by clicking "Start Synchronization".

Owner, property, and unit data of the buildings that you assign to the selected property group in iDWELL. In mixed-use buildings, only persons with the role “Owner” are transferred.
You choose the interval: hourly, every 6, 12, or 24 hours. We recommend a daily sync. A manual sync can be triggered at any time with a click.
The integration uses a special mixed-use logic: only owner data is transferred. Tenant data is excluded to keep the focus on condominium (WEG) management.
