7 easy steps on the pathway to digitalisation

Step 1: Building trust
During a kick-off meeting, you will personally get to know the Customer Support Team and talk about the next steps and, most importantly, your business needs.
Step 2: Implementing your customer portal & customer app
In a next step, our team fully implement the complete system – portal and app – in your company’s branding (logo, company description)
Step 3: Implementing processes & workflows
Now, we integrate all our carefully developed processes and workflows for you and your customers.
Step 4: Adding customer data
We assess the quality of your data before importing it into the app and clean it (i.e. get rid of duplicates and faults) – either by using the import function or an API.
Step 5: Specific marketing materials
We design brochures for you that promote your new customer app, and develop an info page on your homepage where your customers can log in.
Step 6: Onboarding
Our team will do the onboarding with your staff online (via Zoom, Google Hangout or Microsoft Teams). After our 1.5-hour webinar, you will be all set to work with iDWELL and we are always on hand to help with any processes or questions.
