The PropTech company iDWELL has reached the next milestone in its corporate development: More than two million apartments are now managed through the platform. At the same time, Riverside Acceleration Capital, an international growth investor, is joining the company and investing a seven-figure euro amount in its further expansion. With this funding, iDWELL aims to further strengthen its position as the leading digital platform for professional property management.

iDWELL strengthens its AI strategy with iDWELL Finance, an AI-powered financial management solution for property management companies. It automates commercial processes and handles the complexity of real estate accounting.

European PropTech company iDWELL, a leading light for the next generation of digital property management, is launching in the UK following a steady expansion across the DACH region where over 900,000 apartments are already being managed with iDWELL’s CRM solution and the corresponding Customer App.

iDWELL, one of the leading digital property management platforms in the DACH region, raised a mid-single-digit million Series A funding round led by Flashpoint Venture Capital with the participation of Swiss family office Wecken & Cie. and existing investors. The company will focus on expansion of its operations outside of the DACH region.

Im März diesen Jahres startete die Austrian PropTech Initiative (apti) im Rahmen des apti-Awards die Suche nach dem besten und innovativsten PropTech Startup in der Immobilienbranche. Insgesamt erreichten den apti Vorstand mehr als 50 Bewerbungen internationaler Startups, aus denen schließlich sechs junge Unternehmen, unter ihnen auch iDWELL, ausgewählt und zu einem Final Pitch nach Wien eingeladen wurden, um ihr Konzept zu präsentieren.
