The PropTech company iDWELL has reached the next milestone in its corporate development: More than two million apartments are now managed through the platform. At the same time, Riverside Acceleration Capital, an international growth investor, is joining the company and investing a seven-figure euro amount in its further expansion. With this funding, iDWELL aims to further strengthen its position as the leading digital platform for professional property management.

Many of the largest property management firms in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland already rely on iDWELL, and new partners are joining all the time” says Alexander Roth, founder and CEO of iDWELL.

International Growth Partner

The U.S. investor Riverside Acceleration Capital is investing a seven-figure sum in iDWELL. The investment is part of a non-dilutive growth financing round and does not alter the company’s ownership structure. Rather, Riverside will contribute its international experience in scaling software companies.

Thanks to its strong position in the DACH market, its comprehensive property management platform, and its broad ecosystem of ERP integrations, iDWELL is exceptionally well-positioned to drive the continued digitization of professional property management” explains Christian Stein, Senior Partner at Riverside Acceleration Capital.

For iDWELL founder Roth, the investment represents an important step on the company’s path to further growth: “This experienced partner is the ideal complement to our strategy, our product vision, and our pace as we enter the next phase of growth.”

Expansion of the AI Platform

The additional capital will be specifically allocated to the further development of iDWELL’s digital operating system and the expansion of its AI-based product portfolio.

A key component is “iDWELL Finance,” the intelligent solution for automated invoice management. Following the acquisition of technology from Domonda—a provider of financial and accounting software—at the end of 2025, the product is now set to scale significantly faster and be established at additional real estate companies.

In addition, iDWELL is investing in the further development of its AI “Greta-AI,” which is designed to automate administrative, documentation, and invoicing processes even more efficiently in the future.

Together, we are accelerating the expansion of our AI platform and laying the foundation for further, sustainable growth” informs Anna Matzenberger, COO of iDWELL.

With this new round of funding, the company is consistently pursuing its long-term strategy: “We are pursuing our vision of building the leading AI-powered operating system for professional real estate management in Europe.

Positive Outlook for 2026 as Well

Despite the ongoing challenges in the real estate industry, iDWELL continues to anticipate positive business performance.

Housing is a basic need. That’s why property management companies will always be needed and therefore have a stable business model,” Roth explains. “However, we are seeing increasing cost pressure on property management companies. For this reason, they are constantly looking for innovative ideas to optimize their own processes,” Roth continues. “With our solution, property management companies can increase their efficiency by up to 30 percent. It also provides management with significantly greater transparency and a clearer overview” explains COO Matzenberger.
